Parliament is in recess at the moment and I am enjoying being out and about in the constituency meeting various groups and organisations.
Yesterday I attended a very interesting and informative meeting with Sacro Although I have been aware of the valuable services they provide, I benefited from the discussion regards the wide ranging projects they are currently providing.
These justice intervention and mentoring services within North & South Lanarkshire include:
- Shine Women’s Mentoring Service
- Early & Effective Intervention within the justice system.
- Fearless project for hidden survivors of domestic abuse
- Anti-Sectarianism Service
